So we got ants and creepy caterpillars on the floor. So easy to fix, I almost bought a new one myself. For example, the rubber gasket around the main door was rotted out and all kinds of creatures easily got in. While the inside was very neat and clean and all the amenities where available, there seemed to be a few very simple things they could have fixed to make it even better. And I didn't like the fact that this snake haven was directly behind the bedroom wall. Lawn mowers and broken beach carts and coolers. The area directly behind the room, the outside, was used as a sort of dumping area for old beach and lawn stuff. We stayed in the Tropical Paradise room/suite which was in the better location as far as the inn goes. That's the way to see this island and Billy's bike rentals has the monopoly on that, but they deliver and pick up, so no complaints there.
The Lighthouse is a short bike ride away. You can't beat being across the street from the gorgeous beach and so close to area shops and sites.
